Jason

Jason Mandle serves as Executive Director of Restoration Bridge International (RBI). Following an honorable discharge from the United States Navy, Jason launched a successful career in operations management. Over the past two decades, he has spearheaded growth and optimization for multiple organizations, specializing in logistics, systems efficiency, and leadership. He studied Economics at New York University and Business Administration at Towson University.

A lifelong advocate for community service, Jason served as a dedicated volunteer firefighter in Wayne, New Jersey, for over a decade prior to relocating to Florida in 2013. In 2021, Jason connected with Pastor Daniel West and RBI. Deeply inspired by the organization’s mission to combat food insecurity, he initially served as a committed volunteer before joining full-time as Director of Operations. He was appointed Executive Director in 2024, where he leverages his operational expertise to scale RBI’s community impact and streamline distribution network operations.

Since taking over operations in 2022, Jason has overseen a threefold increase in rescued and redistributed commodities and an addition of 200 food distribution events per year. Under Jason’s leadership, Restoration Bridge distributes over one million pounds of food products, impacting over one hundred thousand individuals every month.

Outside of his leadership at RBI, Jason and his wife, Marcela—a project manager holding a Master’s degree in Urban Development & Planning—own and operate an organization providing housing and recovery support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
